Sausage Stuffing Balls

Delicious bite-sized Sausage Stuffing Balls, Perfect along side your Christmas Day roast or festive party spread!
I’m back!! Finally after a long week of no internet access and tearing my hair out trying to fix it, it’s finally up and running again and I have lots of yummy recipes heading your way.

Ingredients:


  • 420 g Italian sausage meat
  • 1 Apple grated
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 Red onion finley chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic finley chopped
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary finley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place all ingredients apart from the olive oil in a large mixing bowl. Using your hands mix all ingredients together until throughly combined.
  3. Shape the sausage stuffing mixture into meatballs using your hands (this makes around 16 balls). PLace in the fridge for 10 minutes.
