Delicious bite-sized Sausage Stuffing Balls, Perfect along side your Christmas Day roast or festive party spread!
I’m back!! Finally after a long week of no internet access and tearing my hair out trying to fix it, it’s finally up and running again and I have lots of yummy recipes heading your way.

Ingredients:
- 420 g Italian sausage meat
- 1 Apple grated
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1/2 Red onion finley chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic finley chopped
- 1 tbsp Rosemary finley chopped
- Salt and pepper to season
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place all ingredients apart from the olive oil in a large mixing bowl. Using your hands mix all ingredients together until throughly combined.
- Shape the sausage stuffing mixture into meatballs using your hands (this makes around 16 balls). PLace in the fridge for 10 minutes.
